The hotel is close to Commercial Street, where all the restaurants and bars are located. The room had lovely views of the bay. The staff provided exceptional advice and suggestions.

My room at this hotel was reasonably large with a great view. The breakfast was lovely and savoury with coffee on the large front porch, the staff was welcoming!

Luxury hotel, comfortable bed, exceptionally nice breakfast. Beautifully decorated and well-kept rooms, fantastic view of the bay. Easy location to everything yet quiet. Close enough to piers and shops, restaurants and entertainment and all restaurants. Special stay, as always.

The location of this place was great and stunning, just a 10-15 minute walk from Pilgrim Monument.

The room was new-fashioned and good-sized. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was varied. The staff was exceptionally nice. The location was marvelous, right on the beach.

My room was consistently cleaned every day and always stocked with fresh towels. 🧼 Plus, having a fireplace added a cozy touch to the space.

Every staff member was exceptional and welcoming. There were GORGEOUS breakfasts with great homemade pastries, more substantial options and also coffee on the large front porch and the location was great and incredible.

Lovely building and rooms with thankfully its own private balcony. Extremely helpful staffs, gave a few recommendations. Comfortable and easy location to Long Point Lighthouse.

Luxurious hotel with bay views of the bay and very polite staff. Stunning and incredible location in Provincetown, really close to dining options and entertainment options, centre of PTown, and the center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of the action. The location was perfect, right on the beach and convenient to most everything in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and seating area in my room on the higher floors, with a balcony and amazing views. The breakfast included was a nice touch and added value to my overall experience.

All was fine, no major issues.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach, allowing for breathtaking views and easy access to the water. Plus, it is conveniently located close to everything, including shops, museums, and restaurants. The staff here is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with some even featuring fireplaces and balconies. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread that the proprietors put on each morning – the perfect way to start the day.

Nothing could be improved – everything was just perfect.
